  • Achieving your desired results may require extra sessions.

  • All sessions have a starting price that may increase based on factors like hair length, texture, necessary additional services.

  • An initial consultation is required for any services involving extensions before booking.

  • Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the discretion of the provider.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as necessary.


  • All cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a Late Cancellation.

  • Late cancellations or No Shows will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.

  • For future services following a Late Cancellation or No Show, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required.

  • Appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS and email 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Please note that failing to confirm an appointment does not constitute a cancellation.

Adjustments

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If you experience any concerns with your haircut or color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly address the issue at no extra cost within 14 days of your original service.

Kindly note that complimentary adjustments are not provided for changes in personal preferences or style direction after the service. Additional charges may apply.
